Rahul is founding and Managing Partner at Rahul Adey & Associates. He is a seasoned IP attorney registered with Bar Council of Delhi. He has a degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering (with Honors) and is also a registered Indian Patent Agent. He is a member of Asian Patent Attorneys Association (APAA).

Rahul has extensive experience in drafting and prosecuting patent matters before Indian Patent Office, and before US, Singapore, European, African, Australian, Mexican, Korean, Japanese patent offices through network of associates. His strategic approach to patent portfolio development and management has consistently delivered exceptional outcomes for a prestigious clientele.

Rahul’s expertise lies in patent drafting, patent prosecution, patentability assessments, patent invalidity/validity assessments, Freedom-to-Operate opinions, Infringement assessments, patent oppositions, patent litigation and enforcement support, and technology and patent acquisitions.

He has vast experience in handling matters from the fields of computer science, electronics, electrical, mechanical, aeronautics, chemical and biotech.

Outside of work, Rahul enjoys practicing yoga and indulging in racket sports. He also likes reading, watching theatre and spending time with his family.
