Ruchi is a Principal Associate at Rahul Adey & Associates, where she leverages over 15 years of experience in software development and specializing in patent-related services. She is a qualified Indian Patent Agent and holds a degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering (with Honors). She has worked with some of the world’s leading technology companies, including IBM, Sapient, Vodafone (Spain), and Coforge.

Her expertise lies in patentability assessments, competitive landscape assessments, FTO searches, patent drafting, and prosecuting patent applications in a wide range of technologies, including IoT, Artificial Intelligence, operating systems, data communication technologies, databases, wired and wireless communication, telecommunication, automobiles, medical devices, general mechanical and electrical engineering.

In addition to her work in patent law, Ruchi is also responsible for developing in-house software solutions for patent drafting, prosecution, IP management and docketing. Her expertise in software development is invaluable in ensuring that these solutions are effective and efficient. She is a conscientious & meticulous professional.

Outside of work, Ruchi passionately practices yoga. It has become an integral part of her routine and her source of overall well-being and mindfulness.
